Frequently Asked Questions

How much does window cleaning cost?

Every house is different and we do not like to throw guesses out there when it comes to your windows and the price of cleaning them. We like to physically look at your house in order to assess the windows, ladder moves, screens, window frames, window wells, gutters, trees, obstructions, etc. We also need to see how dirty the windows may or may not be, i.e. paint, stain, dirt, pollen, bird droppings.

What is your window cleaning process?

Our window cleaning products are simple and contain no chemicals. We also use a minimal amount of water. The window cleaning solution is simple; water and Dawn dishwashing soap, that's it. We use a microfiber scrubber sleeve and a rubber squeegee. When that doesn't do it we use a fine grade steel wool and/or razor blade, depending on the window glass, and for hard to clean substances (paint/stain). We use towels to wipe up the water and lint free towels for touch up.

How long does it take?

Every house is different but when we give you your free estimate, we can tell you the amount of time we anticipate your windows and screens taking along with any other services.

Do I need to be home while you are washing windows?

That is totally up to you! We know that life is busy and your time is precious. We have 19 years of experience cleaning windows and have impeccable references. We have had clients for a decade and never met them and others that are like family and enjoy catching up. Feel free to do as you please.

What do I need to do to prepare for window cleaning?

We like it if you remove any knick knacks and valuables from window sills. We are happy to move furniture if need be and do our best to get to the windows without disturbing the room as much as possible.

What about widow tint on the windows?

If you have window tint on your windows we appreciate a heads up. Our process for the inside of the windows will not scratch the tint as we use nonabrasive materials.
